Maternal Newborn

I did terrible on maternal -newborn in nursing school. If I had only had this lecture then! Thank you for helping me to understand the fetal heartrate patterns and the interventions for labor and birth complications. Important: The first quiz asks questions about the stages of labor which is not taught until the second lecture. In the second lecture, Mark neglected to teach about lochia in the postpartum assessment section on p. 56.

Diabetes Mellitus

The lecture and notes are great but the quiz have incorrect answers that do not mach what was reviewed in lecture and notes. Answer feedback video gives answers different than the answer given as correct in the question. This issue is distracting and counterproductive, since I have to keep double checking to find out what is right and what is not. I have seen this issue in previous lectures up to this one as well. I did not expect to see this type of mistakes on a product that cost 400 dollars.

After graduating, I used Archer Q Bank to prepare for the NCLEX. Unfortunately, I failed in my first attempt. I decided to try the On-Demand course. I watched all the videos twice and went through the blue book in a week. The second time around, I passed the NCLEX. This course is incredibly effective; Mark's tips and content are spot-on. While the questions on the NCLEX may not be precisely familiar, the course equips you to confidently choose answers and move forward with a sense of assurance. I loved Klimek Reviews! I used the On-Demand Course for Next Gen NCLEX. I liked how the course kept you organized, and you could track your progress. I also loved Klimek's lectures. He teaches very straight forward, and provides amazing mnemonics and interesting ways to remember things. I found this review very helpful. Mark Klimek not only teaches important information he also teaches you concepts and stratagies to remember information. I would recommend this program to every nurse who is planning to take the NCLEX. I loved this review and it helped me achieve my goal of passing the NCLEX. I was able to pass in 85 questions because this course gave me the skills I needed as well as confidence in knowing that I prepared well.

so far it is good. I was a little confused when explaining the upper and downer. Maybe go thru it step by step. Maternal and newborns: on the recording, Mark did not talk about LOCHIAStaff management, Rule #1 was not mentioned in the recording. It would be great to be able to print out all the pages ahead of time. The SATA question for CCC was incorrect when I selected bradycardia. which is a side effect

The course was informative and I liked how Mark explained the different ways not the memorize lists (with one or two exceptions). However, the questions being asked at the end of the lecture seemed a little overreaching in which they weren't testing me on what was being presented in lecture. I get they were trying to make connections on what we need to do if a patient were experiencing a seizure or what do give a client if they were experiencing caffeine withdrawal. What was a little frustrating is that those connections weren't really smoothly executed based on what being presented in lecture.

The closed captions are incorrect sometimes and does not align when Mark Klimek speaks. This is difficult for those who are hard of hearing and have to rewind to catch the correct word.

This course really adds to your knowledge you already gained from nursing school. The memory tricks and helpful tips are a major game changer in being able to perform well on the NCLEX. I highly recommend this course before you take your NCLEX. Give yourself a minimum of 3 weeks to get through the entire course. It comes with notes you can use during the lecture to be able to review afterwards. I did exactly what Mark said to do the day before, the day before the exam as well. The morning of I review my notes for 30 minutes. I passed NCLEX!!!

I purchased this on-demand course and studied hard, passed NCLEX on my first try! I passed my NCLEX is 85 questions in about 3 or 4 hours. Marks course is so helpful. It works great with cognitive learning theory. Also his courses are established for the nursign student that knows some content already. I used youtube videos in areas Mark brought up in addition to his teaching it was amazing. I want Mark to do a content course for nurses in ICU starting that has to do with assessments, medication administration, pharmacy interactions/doses etc,.. I would love to have him as a resource in my job now. I wish I would have extended my time with his on demand course I think that would be helpful with my job in ICU. Thank you Klimek team!!

The test really teach issue. If you get it wrong you do it over and explains why the answer is what it is. It explains it in elementary terms. I had to watch it a few times just to get it but I got it now I learn how to answer all types of acid base questions

Extremely greatful to Mark Klimek and the entire Klimek team. I followed the process, prayed and passed! I listened to all the lectures and followed the tips provided, including doing absolutely nothing study related the day before I took my exam. The only thing I didn't finish was the blue book; however, I would recommend everyone complete all the lectures and follow the tips.

This was so easy to understand, and Mark is a very engaging lecturer. I wish my nursing professors would've used easy to remember tricks like this when teaching ABGs because I'd probably have a better GPA now.

Amazing course! If I can give more than 5 stars I would have. To be honest, I actually did my NCLEX in 2016 for LPN and again in 2019 for the RN exam and passed first time both times (used Mark Klimek reviews back then as well). My nursing career as a RN has been primarily in administration, so I felt I lost a lot of nursing knowledge since I didn’t use it in direct patient care from then to now. I therefore made use of this on demand course in 2024 to review for my Nurse Practitioner (NP) boards. Yes, I said I used this powerful review from Mark Klimek to review basic nursing knowledge to help me prepare for my NP boards. That is how great this review is. I truly appreciate it and always highly recommend Mark Klimek reviews. The review questions and explanations for each section led by Trevor were exceptional as well. Great explanations all in a calming teaching manner. I hope and pray one day you all create an official review for NP’s, but again this allowed me to review nursing knowledge & I was able to build upon this and continue getting ready for my NP boards. Thank you all for taking the time to make such a great review course.

I thought the course was super super helpful! It really goes through the things you MUST need to know and gives you FANTASTIC ways to remember the information. One of the things that I really loved is that Mark does not overload you with information to the point that you don't remember anything which I feel like many review courses/videos do. The only minor annoyance I had was that you couldn't access all the lecture outlines at once. I like to have hard copies of things and wanted to print the lecture outlines. Therefore, that really limited where I could access the course because I had to be somewhere that had a printer. Overall, I would 1000% recommend this course and the only improvement that I would suggest would be the ability to print all the lecture outlines at once or at least a couple at a time.

This course was amazing. I only found it a little over a week before I took my RN NCLEX. I finished the whole course and studied like Mark said to. Even though I only had a week to NCLEX i feel like this really helped and it was attainable. I did pass my NCLEX and did it on my first try. Thanks so much for all the info. I will be telling everyone I know that is becoming a nurse to use your course. It is worth it. The only thing I would change is maybe the price, or maybe offering payments. I was lucky enough to be able to afford it, but as a single parent it is hard to come up with that money at one time. Thanks again for everything.

Wonderful course! Helped me pass the NCLEX-RN!

There are not enough words to describe how helpful this course was for me after finishing my BSN. I felt unprepared after completing three HESI exams which I felt were much harder than the NCLEX. I had to accept the fact that the style of the questions and knowledge of fundamentals were much more important than trying to know everything. Mark's way of explaining fundamental concepts and having them "stick" helped me so much in narrowing my focus and lessening my testing anxiety. Taking the NCLEX was the best experience I had "during school". If only I had instruction like this during school, I probably would've taken the NCLEX much sooner after graduation since I would've felt like I'd been equipped with the knowledge and confidence to pass the exam. I love it! just one concern

I love this review and the set up. I wish the closed captions were 100% correct. It makes it hard to watch without sound. For 400 there shouldn't be any issues with accessibility. Other than that I love the review and the ways he simplified the material to an easier way to remember. I failed my first attempt using another review site, so I can't wait to take the test again and see if I pass. I also wish there was some sort of pre and post assessment to measure progress.

It was great. However, the translations were way off and there's a part where Mark uses the wrong symbol to indicate less than. I enjoyed the lectures and was happy to have access for 90 days. However, I think for people who ay not pass NCLEX on the first time should be given more time considering the cost of the course. I took my RN and passed after studying for about 11 days. I passed with 85 questions! I liked the psych drugs lecture because I struggled with remembering them in the past. However, I got like 1 question from that topic. The most helpful part of the Course is tips on answering SATA questions and prioritization. I got a lot of questions on that! Thank you!
